Zhenghai District exercises the "mixed boxing of policy" so as to pave the way for the open development of economy

In light of the "double siege" from both domestic and abroad that many mid and small export orientated companies are experiencing, Zhenghai district has arranged to provide the earmarks of 10 million Yuan to aid the development of export orientated enterprises and promote the development of open style economy in our district.

Firstly, highlighting the key point and aiding the strong and excellent. The district has engaged in activity of election of "top 10 import and export companies" and entitled "top 10 import company" and "top 10 export company " to the first 10 enterprises that have their own licenses for import and export respectively and endowed RMB30,000 Yuan to the one in charge.

According to the Customs statistics, based on the previous year's export performance, if a company exports in the amount of over 20 million US dollars (including 20 million) and exceeds the base to over 10 million U.S.dollars (including 10 million ), a reward of 50,000 Yuan will be granted; if exceeds the base to over 30 million U.S.dollars, a reward of 100,000 Yuan will be granted.

Secondly, strengthening the basis and optimizing the structure. Supporting the construction of various foreign trade service platforms.

The publish service platforms for the purpose of facilitating the foreign trade by engaging in product design, publish testing, technical research, publish information, publish exhibition, public certification and registration will be subsidized with 20% of the constructing cost after being verified. 100,000 Yuan is the maximum grant to each platform and a less than 100,000 Yuan grant will be given to those who provide excellent services to the foreign trade enterprises.

Thirdly, increase the subsidy and expand the market. A subsidy of 5000 Yuan for each domestic booth and  10,000 Yuan for each foreign booth will be granted to the enterprises that attend the key exhibitions both domestic and abroad under uniform application and organization. The subsidy for the same enterprise in the same exhibition shall not exceed the amount of 50,000 Yuan.

A subsidy of 50,000 Yuan will be granted to the enterprises that have operated 3 or more than 3 factories, business offices or foreign trade companies which in return activate the drive for exportation within district. The accumulated subsidies for the same enterprise shall not exceed the amount of 150,000 Yuan.
