Zhenhai district has paid to invite high- tech skillful talents for the enterprises

On August 14^th, zhenhai district issued <<implementing method of cultivating high-tech skillful workers>> which sets a mode to have the local government to pay for the cultivation and selection of highly skillful workers assisting the corporations to keep the workers so as to reserve the high-tech talents for the regional economic transition and upgrading.

The adjusted subsidies of 1500 yuan, 2000 yuan and 2500 yuan from previous 800 yuan, 1000 yuan and 1200 yuan have been provided for advanced engineers, skillful workers, advanced skillful workers, reaching the highest subsidy in overall city.

The annual subsidy of 3000 yuan and 5000 yuan have respectively been offered to technicians and advanced technicians who have signed 3 year labor contracts with private companies so as to raise the benefits for the highly skillful workers.

Besides, the method has also adopted various kinds of forms to stimulate enterprises, training institutes and skillful workers.

A subsidy of 30,000 yuan will be granted to the enterprise that has established the workshop for the talented masters; and a subsidy of 50,000 yuan will be granted to the premium training institutes.

A contest has been held for the candidates to compete professional skills theoretically and practically. The qualified ones can directly obtain the corresponding intermediate level state professional certificates the top 3 of whom will be issued advanced state professional certificates besides the relevant  material incentives.
