Provide More Ease and Convenience for Tax Service

  "Previously we had to stand in a long queue to go through tax-related procedures during the collection period, but now we have a lot more options to select from: online taxation, mobile taxation and self-service taxation etc.," said Accountant Zhang of Diying Precision Company recently to the reporter while she was conducting tax-related procedures in the tax service hall of Chongqing Bishan District Office, SAT recently.


  As noticed by the reporter, various kinds of tax-related materials are posted on the wall of the tax-service hall. A QR code is available at the lower right corner of each sheet, and many taxpayers were scanning.


  "The application of the mobile phone QR code is the measure we have launched to facilitate the taxpayers. The taxpayers can simply scan the QR code to install the tax-related software into the mobile phone and take away the relevant tax-related materials they desire," said Hu Rui, Director of Bishan District Office, SAT to the reporter. According to Hu Rui, in the educational practice campaign of the CPC's mass line, the Office launched the "Convenience Offering Initiative" in order to smooth the "last kilometer" of tax services to bring convenience to taxpayers.


  As the reporter observed in the Dalu taxation office of Bishan District Office, SAT, the previous office of 40 square meters has become "Home of Taxpayers", which is furnished with all necessary furniture and facilities such as tables and desks, sofas, water dispenser, computer and printer.   The Bishan District Office, SAT has also explored the new model for tax service of "One service hall and two display screens". "One service hall" refers to the integrated reception service of SAT Office and the local taxation bureau to jointly address the various tax-related requests of the same taxpayer by timely responding to the request and separately fulfilling the tax-related matters. By "Two display screens", it means that a computer display screen facing the taxpayer is added so that the taxpayer can watch the whole course of the procedures handled by the tax staff at the reception. This method is not only conducive to improving tax service efficiency, but also familiarizes us with relevant procedures", said Huang Jinjin, legal representative of Bishan Shanba Landscape Company.


  Presently, taxpayers of Bishan District can not only save time in handling tax-related issues, but also are relieved from heavy documentary burdens. In order to lessen the burden of taxpayers of submitting relevant materials, the submitting of many materials have been cancelled by Bishan District Office, SAT. Such materials include capital verification report for handling tax registration, application report for recognition of qualifications of general taxpayers, identity certificate materials in case of loss of voucher of vehicle purchase tax as well as report on the usage of regular invoices. Meanwhile, some services can be provided without filling out forms. A total of 13 forms are not requested to be filled out including the receiving of invoices by taxpayers, who only need sign their name on the printed form for confirmation.


  "The Bishan District Office, SAT has been improving working styles and optimizing taxation services, making positive contributions to the sustained rapid development of the economy of Bishan." According to Wu Daopan, Secretary of Bishan County CPC Committee, the County completed fixed assets investment of RMB13.09 billion in the first quarter of this year, representing an increase of 17.4% and ranking the second in Chongqing City in terms of aggregate number.
